Job summary

Job description

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm
Company Transport: Clementi MRT

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware and software application support, network / server infrastructure maintenance, Administration of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint.
• NAS backup and Acronis cloud backup.
• Troubleshot network / servers / security related issues.
• Participating in IT projects, infrastructure upgrade.
• Assist in IT related audit.

Qualification & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer related.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in servers maintenance and support, application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Firewall configuration, Cloud backup, VMWare, VPN maintenance, SDWAN, Layer 3 switches, Load balancing and failover.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in servers and cybersecurity related support.
• Experienced in Disaster recovery (DRP), Business continuity (BCP), server and network security.
• Knowledge of Linux, MS SQL or any Database.
• Team Viewer Remote Support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese preferred.
• Experienced in first level ERP system support if any.
