Reporting to the Head of IT and Security, you will play a critical role in the IT engineering team, requiring a strong grasp of general IT knowledge, analytical and troubleshooting skills, coding/scripting abilities, and a quick adaptability to challenges. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that enhance business processes and workflows.Your responsibilities will include receiving and addressing IT support tickets, managing accounts, coordinating IT asset deliveries, serving as an escalation point for helpdesk tickets, providing on-site support, contributing to IT and Security initiatives, maintaining documentation, adhering to best practices, collaborating with team members and vendors, and supporting IT projects efficiently.You are expected to have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in IT solution development disciplines. Additionally, you should have experience with agile methods, a service-oriented and collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google Workspace/G-Suite management.
