Job Scope:

Application Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance applications using industry best practices.
• Enhance existing systems to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms.

System Architecture & Integration

• Develop and maintain system architectures, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability across business applications.
• Lead the adoption of modern technologies and frameworks to support future growth.

Project Delivery

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
• Lead development cycles, including estimations, timelines, and technical reviews.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, security requirements, and compliance guidelines.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Business Units, IT Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and Vendors—to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate with external partners or service providers when required.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring knowledge transfer and coding best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce standards for coding, documentation, and testing.
