Job summary

MOORE BUSINESS ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Auditor to join our risk and controls practice. You will plan, perform and oversee IT audits, including system development and data management, and report findings to management.

The role requires hands-on IT risk assessment, control design and operating effectiveness, with ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle/Navision) and strong communication skills to liaise with audit committees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent qualification.
• 5–6 years’ IT audit and security management experience.
• Professional qualifications such as CISA or equivalent IT security certifications.
• Ability to understand business processes and how applications support them.
• Basic understanding of ERP configurations (SAP, Oracle, Navision).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and databases (Unix, Windows, Oracle, SQL).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good team player with fast learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and perform IT audits of general and application controls for statutory audits.
• Conduct IT audits of financial and other systems as part of internal audits for clients.
• Review IT control design and operating effectiveness.
• Assess IT risks as part of statutory and internal audits.
• Recommend design and implementation procedures to mitigate IT risks.
• Extract and process datasets for analysis and audit tests.
• Support IT audit team with project management tasks.
• Prepare detailed working papers and supporting documents.
• Report findings to management and Audit Committee and other stakeholders.
