Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Analyst to lead our ERP implementation project and strengthen our IT capabilities. This is a key role driving digital transformation within the company.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the ERP project, covering key finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Cash Book, Project Costing, Procurement).
• Customise ERP reports and forms to meet user and business requirements.
• Act as the first-line support for ERP-related issues and provide hands-on IT support.
• Work occasionally on weekends during project launches (as required).

Preferred Skills

• Support network infrastructure (VLAN, VPN, firewall, subnets) and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Oversee IT assets, including software licences, domains, and SSL renewals.
• Provide support for additional systems such as CCTV, door access, and property development platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in ERP project management and finance modules implementation.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts (accruals, amortisation, cost recognition).
• Programming skills to customise reports.
• Bonus if you have SAP ABAP development experience or exposure to property development systems.
