Job summary

sanmina-sci systems singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented QA Inspector to support incoming component inspections and product quality control in a manufacturing setting.

You will verify labels, documents, and RoHS requirements, and ensure CoC and material reports are in order. The role emphasizes adherence to IPC600 standards and six sigma-like accuracy. Candidate should have at least 1 year of QA experience and be familiar with Oracle and inspection processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of QA experience related to Quality field in the manufacturing environment or in related field is preferred.
• Understand the reject criteria and reject the part based on IPC600 specification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw components SPP, Visual, Simple and Complex parts and/ or internal parts transfers.
• Data transactions on acceptance/rejection for incoming components through Oracle and Inspection Maestro.
• Verify supplier label information against PO, packing slip during pre-inspection.
• Verify the components are required such as Certificates of Conformance (CoC), material reports, and RoHS requirements against the Inspection Plan.
• Perform filing of receipt travelers.
• Need to be involved in 5s housekeeping program.
