Qualifications

5–7 years of proven experience in internal audit or compliance in global environments.
Proficiency with audit tools (Optro) and IIA standards; ability to lead quality across a team.
Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Execute audit programs within defined project timelines with limited supervision.
Participate in audit planning for operational audits and advisory projects; support junior auditors.
Conduct fieldwork per IIA standards; document findings and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Identify control gaps, risks, and opportunities; coordinate with Project Manager and CAE.
Ensure all project records are complete and maintained in Optro; monitor remediation progress.
