LEAD8 SINGAPORE PTE. LIMITED is seeking a talented Interior Designer to work on exciting Mix-Use, Retail, and Commercial projects. You will collaborate with a creative team and lead the documentation of drawings while preparing presentations for clients. Strong management experience in the design field is essential.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a multi-discipline design firm and a Bachelor degree in Interior Design. Fluency in English is required, and a passion for mentoring younger team members is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a multi-discipline design firm.
Strong experience in management and developing creative teams.
Fluent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Work on exciting Mix-Use, Retail and Commercial projects.
Lead Documentation of SD/DD drawings and manage the drafting team.
Prepare and present projects from concept to DD stage.
