Responsibilities

• Create design concepts, space plans, and mood boards.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and design presentations.
• Do site measurements and inspections.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Manage project timeline, budget, and progress.
• Present design ideas to clients and handle revisions.
• Supervise renovation work to ensure quality and design accuracy.
• Ensure designs follow safety rules and building guidelines.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Solve on-site design issues and provide practical solutions.
