Job Scope and Responsibilities:

Develop creative and well‑thought‑out design solutions based on client requirements.

Provide conceptual thinking and analysis for proposed projects.

Communicate with the main contractor, project team, and any third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations, construction drawings, and assist with the tender process and site observations.

Manage projects independently, from design conceptualization and development to completion.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop and implement the strategic initiative aimed at ensuring the overall success of projects.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture or its equivalent with more than 8 years of relevant experience in high‑end residential and commercial interior design.

Strong creative flair, excellent colour sense, space planning, and design documentation skills.

Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, Sketchup, and experienced in preparing tender/construction drawing packages for residential or commercial projects.

Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.

Service‑oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Committed to delivering high‑quality results.

For design and build projects, a project incentive will be given to the designer upon successful completion of the project.
