Senior Interior Designer for Commercial office

Job Role:

• Understanding client requirements and prepared design proposal
• Prepared Presentation material / power point.
• prepared sketch/ sketch up / concept design
• prepare design development / liase with 3d illustrator
• Prepared construction drawing/ Tender drawing/ as built drawing
• Meet supplier and contractor for material and construction matter
• Documentation of project drawing / As built / O&M

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/ inetrior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.
• With minimum 4 years experience in commercial design
• MS Office included power point , AutoCad, Photoshop, Sketch up etc.
• Self-motivated, a good team player, independant
• Good concept Design / colour and material selection
• Able to be independant to complete a project with good techinque drawing knowledge
