Job summary
A Blue Cube Design in Singapore is seeking a Senior Interior Design Consultant with at least 3 years of residential experience to lead client projects from concept to handover. You will work on HDBs, condominiums and landed homes, enjoy a generous commission starting from 60% with monthly leads and a payout within one week after handover, plus a transition allowance during onboarding.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential interior design/renovation experience.
- Experience managing residential renovation projects independently.
- Strong client consultation, presentation and closing skills.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software.
Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners to understand renovation requirements, lifestyle, design preferences and budget.
- Develop design concepts, space planning and material recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and design solutions for clients.
- Manage residential renovation projects from initial consultation to completion and handover.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders.
