Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, data analytics, business, risk management, or safety management.
• Experience in data analysis, operational performance analysis, risk management, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualisation, reporting, and presentation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret operational and safety-related data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support risk management and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate data-driven insights into operational processes and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance indicators and identify potential areas for enhancement and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to support innovation and operational excellence.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates to communicate key findings.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen overall operational performance.
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging risks and recommend preventive measures where appropriate.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organisational improvement projects.
