The role emphasizes data pipelines, AI/ML modelling, GIS capabilities and secure hybrid cloud operations.

Candidates should have 10+ years in analytics deployment or tech R&D, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive technology through complex programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, Electronics, Communications Engineering or related IT/engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics solution deployment or technical R&D.
• Experience in intelligence analytics work and dissemination.
• Strong ICT solutioning, networks, cybersecurity awareness and government programs knowledge.
• Able to facilitate, organize and foresee technological directions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Two-year contract initial period with potential for permanent tenure.

Responsibilities

• Lead in ICT solutioning and collaborate with stakeholders across HTX units and Intel.
• Support the team on new initiatives and system project delivery.
• Develop intelligence analytics tradecraft, data pipelines, ML/AI modelling and GIS capabilities.
• Define and maintain technical standards for Intelligence Analytics projects.
• Navigate hybrid on-prem and cloud deployments (GCC) while safeguarding data.
