What the role is:

As a senior analytical specialist, you will conduct complex multi-dimensional research and providing intelligence analysis on emerging employment regulatory risks and systemic Work Pass abuses across multiple jurisdictions, delivering strategic assessments that directly inform MOM's policy decisions and intervention strategies.

What you will be working on:
  • Manage analytical complexity across multiple jurisdictions with varying data quality and availability, requiring innovative approaches to fill information gaps
  • Balance analytical depth with operational urgency when senior leadership requires rapid assessments on emerging crises
  • Synthesize diverse and sometimes contradictory information sources to provide coherent strategic assessments
  • Stay ahead of evolving criminal methodologies and regulatory changes across multiple countries
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable policy recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
What we are looking for:
  • Preferably a degree in Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics
  • Experience in conducting research studies and data analysis preferred
  • Familiar with research methodologies, statistical and visualisation techniques, and intelligence analysis tools
  • A keen interest in global and local developments, particularly on employment and migrant workforce issues
  • Excellent critical thinking with ability to synthesise information from multiple sources and draw sound inferences
  • Strong presentation and report writing capabilities
