Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Infrastructure/ SRE specialist to design and build the physical foundation powering our real-time internet. You will automate provisioning for thousands of bare metal servers globally, focusing on performance and reliability.

You will own a large-scale fleet, develop OS deployment and fleet-management tooling, and troubleshoot complex Linux and hardware issues across PoPs. This role demands deep Linux expertise and automation skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Bare Metal / Data Center Infrastructure / SRE.
• Deep Linux expert with PXE, IPMI/iDRAC, RAID, hardware diagnostics.
• Proficient in Python / Go / Bash for automation.
• Experience with large fleets (500+ servers).

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain large-scale bare metal fleet - provisioning, lifecycle, automation
• Build tooling for OS deployment, hardware monitoring, and fleet management (think MaaS, Ansible, Terraform)
• Troubleshoot deep Linux, hardware, and network issues across global PoPs
• Work on projects that directly impact latency and performance for top gaming companies
