Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex incident response, digital forensics, and threat hunting engagements across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will mentor junior staff, develop service offerings, and contribute to cyber resilience initiatives.

The role requires strong technical depth, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to deliver high-value client engagements and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5–10+ years of experience in Incident Response, Digital Forensics, Threat Hunting, Cyber Security Consulting, Security Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incident response engagements including APTs, BECs, insider threats, and identity-based attacks.
• Direct forensic acquisition, evidence preservation, root-cause analysis, and attack reconstruction.
• Develop containment, eradication, recovery, and remediation recommendations.
• Lead executive briefings and incident response war rooms.
• Lead proactive threat hunting across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Mentor consultants on hunting methodologies and threat intelligence usage.
• Conduct investigations across Windows, Unix, and macOS endpoints.
• Review network security infrastructure and security appliance investigations.
