Job summary

D Dynamite Games PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Associate Legal Counsel to lead the group’s legal function from Singapore/Kuala Lumpur, interfacing with executives and other departments. The role covers regulatory, corporate, commercial, IP and data protection matters in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional setting.

The successful candidate will balance legal constraints with business goals, manage external counsel, and help build scalable processes for a fast-paced gaming company.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and be a qualified lawyer in Singapore, Malaysia, the UK or another common law jurisdiction.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for B2B licensing, and marketing agreements in tech/gaming contexts.
• Experience with regulatory regimes, licensing processes, and cross-border data protection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory matters, licensing applications, renewals and ongoing compliance across jurisdictions.
• Advise on corporate structure and governance; support M&A and restructurings as the group grows.
• Draft, review, and negotiate licensing, vendor and service agreements; oversee due diligence.
