A leading immigration consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Immigration Specialist to manage immigration cases from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of immigration experience and strong organizational skills. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Specialist to manage and support immigration cases from initiation to completion. This role ensures speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality experience for clients and stakeholders throughout the entire process.
The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
1. Case Management
Manage and support immigration cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Prepare, review, and submit documentation in accordance with Singapore immigration regulations.
Monitor case progress and proactively follow up to ensure smooth completion.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records, data entries, and client information in internal systems.
Ensure all files are properly organized and stored in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Assist in preparing reports and case summaries when required.
3. Process Documentation & Training Support
Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), process guides, and training materials.
Maintain knowledge databases and resources to support consistent and efficient team operations.
4. Process Improvement & Automation
Contribute ideas to enhance workflows, improve turnaround times, and streamline documentation processes.
Support automation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and client experience.
5. Compliance & Policy Awareness
Stay informed on immigration regulations, government updates, and policy changes.
Communicate relevant updates to the team and assist in assessing potential impacts on existing or upcoming cases.
6. Adaptability & Collaboration
Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and operational changes in a dynamic environment.
Collaborate closely with consultants and management to ensure consistent service quality.
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualification).
Prior experience in immigration with at least 1 year experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM.

Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
