Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ICT Assessment Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in software development with Java, Python, or C#.
• Cloud-based solution design experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of microservices, API development, and system integration.
• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ICT solutions.
• Design scalable, secure architecture using industry best practices.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and platforms to enhance system functionality.
• Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration flows.
• Lead enterprise-grade software development with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and maintain microservices, APIs, and integrations.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and CI to ensure software reliability.
• Conduct ICT assessments to certify solutions for compliance with standards.
• Engage stakeholders and present architectural strategies to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor system performance and optimize ICT solutions for efficiency and scalability.
