Job summary

equans axima singapore pte. ltd. seeks a Senior Project Manager Lead to oversee a portfolio of HVAC projects within the Marine & Offshore sector. You will lead a team of Project Managers and ensure execution consistency, financial performance, and client satisfaction across projects.

You will remain operationally involved, directly managing one or two strategic projects, reporting to the Head of Technical Department and working closely with the Head of Engineering for engineering activities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical/thermal/electrical or equivalent.
• Minimum 12–15 years of HVAC project delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing project managers or leading project teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of HVAC projects from contract award to final handover.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality and contractual requirements.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, forecasts and reporting; manage risk and change.
• Lead, mentor and supervise Project Managers; align execution with strategy.
• Manage client relationships, negotiations and executive-level meetings.
