Job description

You will support the HR CoE & Shared Services team in compensation and benefits, mainly in HRIS, employee data maintenance and payroll matters. You will also work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure HR compliance and support in driving key HR initiatives. In addition, you will support the business partners in HR matters and ensure the provision of quality HR advice and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create new employee accounts, manage access, update employee information and movement.
  • Maintain databases, analyzing data, and ensure data integrity.
  • Responsible for data audit.
  • Record and securely store HR metrics, including employee attendance and salary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • In charge of work pass matters including but not limited to application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Handle other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal)
  • Experienced personnel with over 3 years’ experience as an HRIS administrator.
  • Strong understanding of analyzing HRIS performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational/Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as WorkDay/Prosoft/Workforce System.
