Partner with agencies (from govn to outsourced) to attract and retain talents.
Coordinate staff training and development programs, including knowledge of and applications for relevant grants.
Keep our internal policies and practices updated and in alignment with regulations and best practices (including 5S).
Cultivate a positive workplace culture through meaningful engagement and team‑building activities.
Maintain and improve the office environment — from supplies to space optimization — ensuring everything supports productivity and well‑being.
Take ownership of company events, corporate gifting, and ad‑hoc projects with pride and purpose.

A self‑starter who thrives on autonomy, solves problems proactively, and learns fast.
Ready to step up and put in extra effort when the situation calls for it.
Driven by a sense of task ownership and purpose, not just a clock.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging across all levels.
Entrepreneurial spirit, grit, and the drive to help shape something bigger than yourself.
