We are looking for an energetic and motivated Senior HR Executive to join our team! Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions - from HR administration, payroll, and training coordination to exciting strategic HR projects that shape our people and culture.

1. HR Operations & Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day HR administration including maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data and filing systems.
  • Administer payroll processing, statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.), leave, claims and benefits in compliance with local regulations.
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding of new hires.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle events including confirmation, appraisal, contract renewal and offboarding processes.
  • Handle training administration, including scheduling, enrolment, feedback collection, training evaluation and training record maintenance.
2. HR Processes & Compliance
  • Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and documentation are current, consistent, and compliant with employment regulations.
  • Track HR and manpower budgets, headcount, and expenditure.
3. HR Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and statistics for management review.
  • Support HR audits and data submissions as required.
4. Strategic HR Support
  • Partner with the HR Director in driving HR initiatives such as performance management, talent development, engagement programs and organizational development projects.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR systems, processes, and employee experience.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Attend to employee queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support staff engagement activities, welfare programs and training events to build a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
