- Oversee and spearhead the performance review processes and discussions with stakeholders

HR Policy & Compliance
- Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on HR policies and processes related matters

Compensation and Benefit
- Spearhead in the annual salary review and bonus preparation for processing and communication.
- Ability to lead in discussions and provide sound advice on compensation and benchmarking details to stakeholders to support recommendation proposals.
- Responsible for verifying and resolving issues related to both outpatient and inpatient medical matters, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of any concerns that arise.
- Serve as the payroll checker during payroll processing periods, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data before finalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 7 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Meticulous and detailed oriented.
- Enjoys working in a team, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, a self-starter, embraces changes, energetic and has a flexible mindset.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills are essential.
