Job summary

A well-established company in Singapore is seeking an HR Technology Partner to enhance the candidate and employee lifecycle through innovative HR solutions. Frazer Jones is delighted to be working with a well-established Singapore brand in their search for an HR Technology Partner. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Singapore, offering the chance to join a progressive HR team that is embracing digital transformation and innovation.

In this role, you will be a key member of the HR Technology team, driving enhancements across the candidate and employee lifecycle through smart, scalable systems and solutions. You will serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS, collaborating closely with both HR and IT stakeholders to maintain and evolve the company’s HR tech ecosystem. You will take ownership of system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across platforms. As a trusted advisor, you will provide consultation on HR technology matters, manage vendor relationships, and support project delivery from concept to implementation.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy HR professional with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. A Degree in a relevant discipline is required, with at least 4 years of similar prior experience. You should have a strong understanding of HR systems and processes, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Workday or similar platforms will be highly valued.
