Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to drive performance, productivity, and profitability across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Understand evolving business needs and implement robust, scalable HR strategies that support long‑term growth.
Talent & Capability Development
- Work with leaders to build talent pipelines, enhance bench strength, and develop a motivated, high‑performing workforce.
- Leverage the Talent Management System (TMS) to support succession planning and leadership development.
Compensation & Performance Management
- Lead compensation and benefits initiatives to ensure competitiveness with market benchmarks.
- Drive performance review and salary review cycles aligned with the company’s pay‑for‑performance philosophy.
Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition
- Support manpower planning to meet business goals, including hiring strategies, workforce deployment, and addressing staffing gaps.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees on employee relations matters.
- Facilitate feedback sessions and support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end HR lifecycle processes—onboarding, offboarding, work pass matters, HRIS updates, confirmation, and contract administration.
- Ensure HR policies align with Singapore and Malaysia Employment Acts, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Prepare statutory reports, labour market surveys, and HR analytics to support data‑driven decisions.
HR Projects
- Lead and support HR transformation, process improvement, and strategic people initiatives as part of continuous improvement.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multinational manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore & Malaysia Employment Acts with hands‑on operational experience in both markets.
- Proven track record in HR business partnering and implementing effective people solutions in complex organizations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‐solving capabilities.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Meticulous with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A collaborative team player who builds trust and meaningful relationships across all levels.
