Responsibilities
- Full spectrum of HR duties.
- Manage MOM work pass processes (such as WP/SP/EP) and other related duties such as levy waiver etc.
- Manage employee training programs to enhance skills and increase the company's R1 rate.
- Manage and verify overtime and allowance calculations.
- Manage employee’s onboarding/off-boarding processes.
- Handle recruitment processes.
- Prepare HR documents, including contracts, MOM letters.
- Responsible for all Workers Dormitory related Issues, MOM Pre‑housing/Onboarding and PCP Sector application, etc.
- Submit CPF, IRAS, Governmental leave claim, NS claim and training grant.
- Provide clerical & administrative support to project team and manage site admin.
- Various reports to Manager.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an eye for details.
- With experience, motivated and willingness to learn on the job.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
- High attention to detail, team‑player, with a positive working attitude.
- Flexible and approachable.
