About the Company:

Our client is a regional FMCG and manufacturing conglomerate with operations across Southeast Asia. The company is known for its strong brand portfolio and people-centric culture. They are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR operations, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning in Singapore.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, the Senior HR Manager will partner with senior business leaders to align HR strategies with corporate goals, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance employee engagement across manufacturing and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee HR operations including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement strategic workforce plans.
  • Develop and execute talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process digitalization and data-driven HR reporting.
  • Provide guidance on manpower cost optimization and budgeting.
  • Manage industrial relations, employee communication, and grievance handling.
  • Lead and coach a team of HR executives and business partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or business partner role.
  • Proven exposure in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong command of Singapore Employment Act, MOM guidelines, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Experience managing multi-country HR operations in APAC.
