Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans to drive recruitment, retention, and employee engagement aligned with business goals.

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, overseeing sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of high-caliber candidates.

  • Manage employee relations, resolving complex issues and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace environment.

  • Design and implement leadership development and training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards.

  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights for workforce planning and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational growth and strategic objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred).

  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
