A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions aligned with the organizational goals. The role involves managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR and over 10 years of supervisory experience in HR management.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions to align with the company’s goals and business objectives, ensuring effective implementation and execution of HR strategies
Implement strategies for talent acquisition to attract top talent while maintaining effective hiring practices that support organizational growth. Manage the recruitment lifecycle and ensure the organization has the necessary human capital to meet its business needs
Manage employee relations, resolving disputes, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment. Promote an inclusive and collaborative culture that aligns with organizational values
Oversee the compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness in the market while aligning with internal equity and company values. Regularly assess the effectiveness of compensation packages to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
Implement and improve HR processes, systems, and policies to support organizational growth and optimize HR functions. Ensure efficiency, consistency, and best practices across all HR operations
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies, specifically in Singapore. Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation to mitigate any risks related to employment law and regulatory standards
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 10 years in a supervisory, leading a team of 15
In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour laws, HR regulations, and best practices
Proven track record in managing employee relations and resolving complex HR issues
Strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, compensation, and benefits management
