Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage comprehensive Human Resource functions including talent requisition and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and be well-versed with Employment Act. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Full spectrum of Human Resource functions including talent requisition, salary and benefits administration, leaves, employee relation and performance management.
  • To participate in workforce planning and achieving optimal manpower required for each business unit.
  • Responsible for staff engagement initiatives (i.e. Long Service Award, CNY Lunch, Dinner & Dance).
  • Administer foreign worker work passes related matters (i.e. performing audit on foreign workers’ accommodation and effective deployment of foreign work passes).
  • Ensures Company’s Human Resources Operations adheres to and compiles with all statutory requirements, ministerial guidelines and company strategies.
  • Assist in conducting new hire orientation & onboarding by coordinating comprehensive orientation programme and exit interview.
  • Apply / renew the relevant work passes for foreign workers.
  • Manage and facilitate employee counseling, employee grievances and disciplinary actions whenever applicable.
  • Payroll & IRAS Reporting: Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll (Full time and Part time).
  • Prepare and check on discrepancies on time sheets, payments, etc to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures and related policies.
  • Prepare payroll reconciliation.
  • Updating of headcount and payroll cost after every payroll run.
  • Prepare resign payroll and ensure the proper tax clearance, IR21.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF and yearly IR8A.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of payroll reports.
  • Preparation and submission of payroll reports.
  • Manages government claim such as NS, childcare, maternity claim, levy waiver and so on.
  • Experience in Timesoft.
  • All other matters pertaining to payroll.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in related field or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Well versed with Employment Act and relevant legislations.
