Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions. You will manage employee relations, recruitment, and training programs while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of HR experience in sectors like aerospace and MNC exposure. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a salary up to 8,000 SGD.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing HR for 600–1,000 headcount.
  • MNC experience required.
  • Exposure to Regional Country Employment Act.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1–2 days WFH per week)

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with the leadership team to enhance performance, productivity, and profitability across divisions.
  • Understand business needs and implement sustainable HR solutions to support workforce and business growth.
  • Manage full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, salary planning, training, and general HR operations.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to strengthen workforce capability and support career progression.
  • Coordinate training activities and ensure timely updates of training records in compliance with AS/ISO and aviation regulatory standards.
  • Support talent acquisition and manpower planning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to understand operational requirements, staffing challenges, and long-term workforce planning.
  • Utilize the Talent Management System (TMS) for succession planning and talent development to build organizational bench strength.
  • Manage employee relations matters and serve as a point of contact for inquiries, including conducting monthly employee feedback sessions.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including work pass applications, offer letters, confirmation reviews, re-employment, contract renewals, and accurate HRIS updates.
  • Administer performance reviews and salary adjustments in alignment with TMS and the company's pay-for-performance framework.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decisions.
  • Manage statutory reporting such as labor market surveys.
  • Support union-related matters (advantage).
  • Handle additional HR projects/tasks as required.
Other Information
  • Minimum 6–8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in aerospace, oil & gas, manufacturing, or precision engineering industries.
  • Experience managing HR activities for 600–1,000 headcount.
  • Must have MNC experience.
  • Strong ability to handle employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Exposure to the Regional Country Employment Act is required.
  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, hands-on, adaptable, and a strong multi-tasker.
  • Experience managing union matters is an added advantage.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
