A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive performance and profitability across divisions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Partner with the leadership team to drive performance, profitability, and workforce effectiveness across divisions.
Understand business goals and implement sustainable HR solutions that support operational and strategic growth.
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities, foster career growth, and strengthen succession pipelines.
Manage and coordinate training activities, ensuring timely and accurate record updates in compliance with AS/ISO and aviation regulatory standards.
Support talent acquisition and workforce planning by collaborating with stakeholders to meet short- and long-term manpower needs.
Leverage the Talent Management System (TMS) to build bench strength and enhance succession planning.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, handling inquiries, feedback sessions, and employee concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including work pass applications, offer letters, contract renewals, and maintaining accurate HRIS records.
Coordinate performance reviews and salary review exercises, ensuring alignment with pay-for-performance principles.
Generate HR analytics, metrics, and reports to support data-driven decision-making and business insights.
Handle statutory reporting requirements such as labor market surveys and compliance submissions.
Undertake additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned to support evolving business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced MNC or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local employment legislation.
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective HR solutions in dynamic, complex environments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, adaptability, and resilience in managing multiple priorities.
Meticulous and detail-oriented with a high degree of professional integrity and discretion.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player and build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
