Description
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to department leaders in manpower planning and human capital matters.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
- Drive talent development efforts, including performance review processes, learning initiatives, and staff engagement programs.
- Advise on HR guidelines and practices while ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Manage general HR operations such as employee data maintenance, HR reporting, and contract administration.
- Promote positive staff relations and contribute to initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner role.
- Solid experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee development.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Well-versed in Singapore’s employment legislation and HR best practices.
