Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to manage talent acquisition and support HR functions such as onboarding and training. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs, translate workforce needs into talent attraction & recruitment approaches.
  • Enable, coach and monitor RPO to ensure high quality daily recruitment delivery.
  • HR administration such as creating employment agreements and certificates, updates of policy documents etc.
  • Offer support to employees and managers on HR related matters.
  • Onboarding and offboarding support.
  • Deliver and support local training sessions and programs for employees.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Semiconductor Industry
  • Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • Basic salary up $6000 + AWS + VB + Allowance
  • West Area
