Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to support our Singapore operations and act as a key advisor for HR policies and compliance. The role will work closely with our global team, providing guidance on Singapore’s employment regulations, HR practices, and people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee, coach, and monitor the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team to ensure consistent, high-quality recruitment delivery.
  • Handle HR administrative matters such as preparing employment agreements, confirmation letters, and certificates; updating HR policies and related documents.
  • Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Coordinate and deliver local training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team — identify and drive process enhancements.
  • Possess a sound understanding of payroll processes (not required to process payroll, but able to understand payroll components and workflows).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR compliance, and MOM regulations.
  • Hands‑on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Stakeholder.
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to advise management confidently.
