Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for a Learning & Development professional to manage training programs and conduct training needs analysis. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR Management or Business Studies and 5–8 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating training, managing budgets, and evaluating program effectiveness. This is a 1-year contract position with potential for conversion, offering a dynamic work environment and the chance to contribute meaningfully to employee development.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop the company’s Learning Plan.
  • Coordinate and administer in-house and external training programs.
  • Source and manage external training providers and handle contracts.
  • Prepare and monitor training budgets and manage claims.
  • Conduct post-training assessments and generate reports.
  • Update training materials and assist employees on policies.

Job Details
  • Location: Central-east region
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Contract: 1 yr contract (with potential for conversion)
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Learning Needs & Planning – Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and conduct annual training needs analysis to develop the company’s Learning Plan.
  • Training Program Management – Coordinate, organize, and administer in-house and external training programs, including orientation for new employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirement.
  • Vendor & Contract Management – Source and manage external training providers, negotiate agreements, and handle contract administration in consultation with Corporate Legal.
  • Budget & Grants Administration – Prepare and monitor training budgets; manage training grants, claims, and training bonds.
  • Evaluation & Reporting – Conduct post-training assessments, monitor training effectiveness, and generate utilization reports.
  • Policy & Ad-hoc Support – Update training materials and calendars, address employee queries on training policies.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in L&D
