Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Senior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in payroll processing and blue-collar recruitment, managing a large workforce while ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires a proactive individual with at least 3-5 years of HR experience, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with Singapore’s employment laws.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with payroll and recruitment exposure.
  • Experience handling high-volume payroll (preferably >200 headcount).
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior HR Executive to join our HR team, playing a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong experience in payroll processing and blue‑collar recruitment, capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, etc.)
  • Manage recruitment activities for blue‑collar and operational staff, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portal
  • Support HR policies, benefits administration, and disciplinary matters
  • Prepare HR reports, leave management, and handle employee queries
  • Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with hands‑on payroll and recruitment exposure
  • Experience handling high‑volume payroll (preferably >200 headcount)
  • Prior exposure to blue‑collar workforce management (manufacturing, construction, logistics, or service sectors)
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to cope with fast‑paced environment
