Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Executive with a strong generalist background to manage end-to-end HR operations and support recruitment activities across the business. This role is well-suited for someone who is operationally strong, comfortable working independently, and experienced in supporting both employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.

You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with the company’s values, while also supporting recruitment, payroll, and day-to-day people operations in Singapore and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, contract administration, HR documentation, employee communications, claims processing, compensation & benefits administration, and performance management processes.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees, responding to day-to-day HR queries across Singapore and overseas offices in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and organising staff activities, communications, and internal HR campaigns.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Prepare, review, and support monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance policies, including liaising with brokers and insurers, renewals, and claims management.
  • Ensure accurate administration of statutory contributions and filings (e.g. CPF, IRAS) with our payroll vendors.
Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and offer management.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with onboarding preparation for new hires, ensuring readiness from a people and documentation perspective.
Policies, Reporting
  • Assist in the review, development, and implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures in line with organisational needs and best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee data, and documentation for management review and statutory submissions.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role with exposure to HR operations, payroll, and recruitment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation (essential).
  • Hands-on experience with CPF, IRAS, payroll processing, and tax-related matters in Singapore.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including data consolidation, reporting, and analysis to support HR operations, payroll, and management reporting.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia employment practices (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Monthly Tax Deduction) is highly advantageous.
  • Exposure to other jurisdictions (e.g. South Korea, Germany) is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.
