Job summary

An established MNC in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle, ensure compliance with local HR regulations, and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on HR experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. This position offers a positive and professional work environment with a 5-day work week.

Senior HR Executive Job Scope (North)
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring activities.

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with local regulations.

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

  • Facilitate employment contract signings and ensure proper documentation is completed.

  • Support processes related to performance appraisals, confirmations, and promotions.

  • Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate staff training programs.

  • Ensure HR operations are compliant with Singapore's MOM regulations.

  • Administer employee insurance matters, including medical and work injury coverage.

  • Manage staff benefits, leave, and attendance records (Including payroll).

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and the employee handbook.

  • Support employee engagement activities and organize company events.

  • Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF, IRAS) on HR-related matters.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
