An established MNC in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle, ensure compliance with local HR regulations, and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on HR experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. This position offers a positive and professional work environment with a 5-day work week.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring activities.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with local regulations.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Facilitate employment contract signings and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Support processes related to performance appraisals, confirmations, and promotions.
Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate staff training programs.
Ensure HR operations are compliant with Singapore's MOM regulations.
Administer employee insurance matters, including medical and work injury coverage.
Manage staff benefits, leave, and attendance records (Including payroll).
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and the employee handbook.
Support employee engagement activities and organize company events.
Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF, IRAS) on HR-related matters.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of hands‑on HR experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
