Job summary

A growing restaurant group in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Professional to lead recruitment, manage compliance with HR policies, and provide advisory support to stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, has at least 5 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition, and possesses strong communication skills. A passion for the F&B industry is essential. This comprehensive role requires excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects successfully.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR representative, providing advisory support on all HR-related matters to internal stakeholders.

  • Take the lead in attracting, interviewing, and hiring new talent to join our growing team. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Managing the process of work pass applications, ensuring timely execution, renewal of work passes.

  • Make recommendations on existing processes and assist in formulating HR policies, in consideration of the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes, and ensure organization stays compliance to the local legislation.

  • Assist with employee dispute and grievances handling through effective communication, guidance and mentoring to the restaurant operations

  • Manage and execute end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, resignation, internal transfers, and handling staff requests.

  • Contribute actively to regional HR initiatives and company-wide projects as assigned by the superior

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources sector, with a focus in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

  • Proven communicator with stakeholder management skills, possessing the ability to build rapport across all levels

  • Ability to work within deadlines and well‑organised in handling multiple on-going projects

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in preparing professional presentations and reports

  • Passionate about the F&B industry and motivated by business growth and innovation

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

  • IHRP-CP certification an added advantage
