A growing restaurant group in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Professional to lead recruitment, manage compliance with HR policies, and provide advisory support to stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, has at least 5 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition, and possesses strong communication skills. A passion for the F&B industry is essential. This comprehensive role requires excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects successfully.
Serve as the primary HR representative, providing advisory support on all HR-related matters to internal stakeholders.
Take the lead in attracting, interviewing, and hiring new talent to join our growing team. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Managing the process of work pass applications, ensuring timely execution, renewal of work passes.
Make recommendations on existing processes and assist in formulating HR policies, in consideration of the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes, and ensure organization stays compliance to the local legislation.
Assist with employee dispute and grievances handling through effective communication, guidance and mentoring to the restaurant operations
Manage and execute end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, resignation, internal transfers, and handling staff requests.
Contribute actively to regional HR initiatives and company-wide projects as assigned by the superior
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources sector, with a focus in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Proven communicator with stakeholder management skills, possessing the ability to build rapport across all levels
Ability to work within deadlines and well‑organised in handling multiple on-going projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in preparing professional presentations and reports
Passionate about the F&B industry and motivated by business growth and innovation
Excellent command of written and spoken English
IHRP-CP certification an added advantage
