About the role

As a Senior HR Executive - Data Management , you will play a critical role in driving the company's human resource data management initiatives.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity and security of the organisation's HR data and systems.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and maintain HR data management policies, procedures and best practices
  2. Oversee the collection, input, storage and retrieval of employee data across the organisation
  3. Implement and manage HR information systems to enhance data efficiency and reportingli>
  4. Analyse HR data to generate meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making
  5. Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations
  6. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimise data management workflows
  7. Provide training and guidance to HR staff on data management processes
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR data management or a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR information systems and data management best practices
  • Past working experience in the area of payroll administration in healthcare will be an added advantage
  • Competent in HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS office (Excel & Word)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify trends
  • Proficient in data manipulation, analysis and reporting using Excel and other tools
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in implementing and optimising HR data management processes

Location: Buona Vista

Salary up to $4500
