Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to support recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with local laws. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR experience and familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act. Qualifications

Job description
Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Support recruitment activities in line with F&B business expansion (e.g., sourcing and onboarding staff for new store openings).
  • Execute end-to-end hiring processes efficiently to minimize time-to-fill for key operational roles (e.g., chefs, service crew, supervisors).
  • Maintain an updated candidate pipeline through active engagement with job portals and recruitment agencies.

2. Employee Relations & Administration

  • Manage foreign employee work pass applications, renewals, and quota tracking (WP/SP/EP).
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and team morale.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of workplace issues.

3. Compliance & Compensation Support

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore’s Employment Act, MOM regulations, and WSH requirements.
  • Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and performance-based incentive administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with audit and policy requirements.

4. Training & Culture Development

  • Coordinate training programs for frontline and new employees to enhance service quality and operational standards.
  • Support company culture initiatives, including multicultural engagement and festive celebration activities.
