Overview

Working Day: 5 Days

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Location: IMM

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong skills in recruitment and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs to improve employees’ skills, service quality, and product knowledge.
  • Foster open communication with employees, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Support performance management, including appraisals, coaching, and staff development plans.
  • Oversee HR administration such as payroll, leave management, and HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Partner with management to implement HR strategies that improve retention and productivity.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail, beauty, or service industries.
  • Strong recruitment and interview skills, with proven ability to attract and retain talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
