About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to join the vibrant and fast-paced team at Xuan Yu Construction Pte Ltd. This full-time role is located in the Tai Seng North-East Region and will be crucial in driving the company's human resources initiatives and supporting the overall strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing

1. Overseeing the end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations

2. Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and implement tailored solutions

3. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive organisational effectiveness

4. Spearheading employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture

5. Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters

6. Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations

7. Collaborating with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the construction or a related industry

2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

4. Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to think strategically and offer practical solutions

5. Proficient in using HR-related software and data analysis tools

6. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
