Job summary

A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking an HR professional with 2–4 years of experience. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Job description
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for site and office positions
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including contract issuance, orientation, and submission of statutory forms (e.g., CPF, work pass applications).
  • Maintain manpower records and monitor expiry of permits and passes.
HR Operations
  • Maintain accurate employee records, timesheets, and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WICA, and workplace safety standards.
  • Handle disciplinary matters and grievances in coordination with supervisors and management.
Training & Development
  • Coordinate WSQ courses, safety training and other skills development programmes.
  • Maintain training records and ensure mandatory certifications are up to date.
  • Support monthly payroll processing by providing attendance and OT data.
  • Administer employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance, and allowances.
  • Manage leave administration using HRIS or manual systems.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
  • Organize staff engagement activities, welfare programs, and festive events.
  • Support foreign workers in accommodation, renewals, and transport coordination.
Other Duties
  • Any other administrative duties assigned by Head of HR.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in HR, preferably in construction, pre‑cast, or heavy industries.
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to handle site HR matters independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
