Overview

We are working in partnership with a well-established global Professional Services firm who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Coordinator to support their collaborative, hard-working team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Reporting into the APAC Head of HR, provide support across the employee lifecycle to the Singapore office.
• Manage the onboarding process, handle visa applications and renewals, and act as the go-to point of contact on all benefits and health insurance related matters for the employee population.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are updated and in compliance with local legislation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good time management and organisation skills.
• Previous HR operations experience within a global corporate environment, ideally in a financial or professional services firm.
