Job summary

A growing construction company in Singapore is seeking an Admin Executive to manage HR operations for both the head office and site staff. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, work pass administration, and payroll support while ensuring compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating manpower deployment, maintaining HR data, and supporting payroll processing. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or engineering sector.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA), and MOM regulations.
  • Able to work independently and handle site-based workforce matters.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portal.
  • Support monthly payroll processing and CPF, IRAS, and statutory submissions.
