Qualifications
Master / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Proficient in schematic and layout review of PCBs for noise, interference and immunity control.
Good analysis skills & systematic thinking of product designs.
Familiar with Basic Safety, EMS, ESD, electrical interferences and EMC regulation in MedTech R&D.
Experience with electromagnetic modelling and simulation tools such as CST to mitigate electrical issues.
Knowledge of FMEA, Design to Manufacturability and Design to cost.
Possess MATLAB and scripting skills for testing and data analysis.
Able to work collaboratively and independently, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Performs complex Hearing Aids concept design using advanced software tools.
Pioneers new technologies for next generation of hearing aids.
Develops, evaluates, troubleshoots, and optimizes electrical performance on hearing aids.
Implements EMC solutions and ensures product compliance to standards.
Ensures product robustness in compliance with electrical and EMC regulations.
